Come sospettavo, leggendo anche le altre recensioni, questa agenzia offre servizi raccontando bugie ai turisti, a noi è stato detto che per arrivare ad Amalfi con il bus normalmente, avremmo dovuto fare un viaggio di 5 ore! E che forse ad Amalfi non avremmo trovato un bus per il ritorno. In oltre ci hanno detto che dovevamo prenotare subito perché non ci sarebbero stati più posti disponibili, cosa che non era vera. Casi come il nostro si verificano ogni giorno con questi signori, quindi state attenti.

I don’t know why this company has negative reviews. They were absolutely amazing! We booked a day trip to capri and they picked us up at our hotel, took us put on a small boat for the day, and organized everything. Seriously, top notch experience!!! We went on a guided tour around the island, went swimming, had snacks, prosecco and beer, and they organized a shuttle service for travel around capri! 10/10!!

Funcionários muito gentis. Fizemos tour para Capri ( privado) e Costa Amalfitana (com minivan), não tivemos nenhum problema. Apenas um pequeno atraso em razão do trânsito no tour para Amalfi

These guys are just scamming tourists!
We arrived Sorrento station to head to Positano and Amalfi via the Sita Sud buses as per what we had read online. When we reached Sorrento station, there was a "Tourist Information" office (which is actually owned by this company). They tried to sell us tickets to Positano and Amalfi saying the Sita Sud buses are not running due to a strike and bad weather. After some digging we got to know that there was no disruption to the Sita Sud services, although there was some change in the bus timings which could have been caused due to bad weather. The bus drivers and info desks did not know of any strike.
These guys were just trying to rip tourists showing fake urgency and giving incorrect information. They told us there were no buses at all going to Amalfi and when we showed them the bus that was leaving, they said maybe there are one or two buses going to Amalfi but that there won’t be any return buses. The price they quoted was 8 times what we paid for the Sita Sud buses.
I don’t know how they are as a touring company but this bad review is for trying to cheat us and probably many other tourists.

One star for not giving any. We booked the Sorrento coastal tour at 5:00 p.m. on July 26. The man of the boat decides to start the activity at 5:45 p.m. And then we only make one stop when the girl at the Sorrento station told us that there were more stops among other advantages. In order not to make a refund or semi-refund, they turn around and start saying that the conditions said such, blah blah when that was not the case. The 10 of us on the tour are complaining but according to them, we have no right. My sister is going to live in Sorrento soon and she already knows which company not to go to and which company NOT to ever recommend. Then the captain of the ship, when we rebuked him, became hostile and even left without explaining our demands.

Una decepción. Contrstamos con guía en español y resulta que nos colocaron en un mini bus con 6 personas de habla inglesa y el conductor que a la vez es guia(?), mientras maneja te cuenta solo hablo en inglés
Nos quejamos a la empresa y a la vuelta algo contó en español. No volvería a contratar. No te acompaña a los pueblos solo te conduce. No se dejen engañar, el precio es alto para tan poco y engañoso. NO VOLVERIA A CONTRATAR.

Our tour from Sorrento to Capri on a small boat (max 12) went to plan and the crew were brilliant. Well done to the crew and Salvatore and Nando in particular. They helped us with a shuttle bus service and a local guide (the brilliant Giovanni) in Anacapri who gave us some tips of where to go and how to get there. We couldn’t get to see the blue grotto because it was so busy with tourists. But that’s not the fault of the company. The team was really helpful, so if you get confused or are not sure of anything just speak with them.

Tickets sehr teuer, mit etwas Recherche kann man das alles auch selbst zusammenstellen. Ich habe den Service gewählt weil ich sicher sein wollte - und habe dabei mit dem Anbieter daneben gegriffen. Leider haben sie mir Vesuv Tickets gegeben mit denen ich erst 30min nach meiner Familie zum Krater durfte, aus dem Familienausflug wurde deshalb ein Gehetze alleine. Entschuldigung, Einsehen, etc Fehlanzeige. Warum auch, mein Geld haben sie ja schon. Keine Empfehlung.
